Shipping & Returns

Last updated: 7 Oct 2026

Flat-rate shipping

Every order ships for a flat fee of US$80, however many pieces it contains. The fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

  • Every piece is sent fully insured and signature-required, in its presentation box.
  • We ship to the address you confirm with PayPal. Please make sure it is complete and current.
  • Within 2 business days of your payment, Sean will write to you personally to confirm dispatch and share tracking.

Duties, taxes and regulations

The flat fee covers carriage and insurance only. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility. Some countries restrict the import of blades; please check before purchasing. If a piece is refused or held by customs because of destination rules, the shipping fee cannot be refunded.

Collection

Collection in person from the workshop can be arranged by appointment; please contact us before purchasing and we will remove the shipping fee.

Delivery timeframes

Pieces in the collection are ready to ship. Dispatch usually follows within 5 business days of payment. Commissions and Patron work follow the timeline agreed with you.

Returns

If a piece is not right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unsharpened and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back. If pieces are damaged by transport or by reasonable use (product quality concerns), we'll be happy to help figure out where within your region we can sort out repairs.

  • Return shipping and insurance are the buyer's responsibility.
  • We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the piece. The US$80 shipping fee is not refundable.
  • Commissions, Patron work and personalised pieces cannot be returned, except where they are faulty.

Damage in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. As every shipment is insured, we will arrange repair, replacement where possible, or a full refund.

Aftercare

All pieces come with a care card for maintenance. If in the future you should require some form of restoration, please contact us directly.
